The site consists of two lots, one lot is vacant land, the other, a former convent. Combined, the site is approximately 38,525 buildable square feet with 112 feet of frontage on Carpenter Avenue and a lot depth of 100 feet. The site is ideally located within close proximity to OLM Hospital, several schools, and the 2/5 subway station at 225th Street. The sale price equates to $28 per buildable square foot.
