An eight-family walk-up apartment building at 717 Carroll Street in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood was sold in an all cash transaction valued at $1,400,000. 

The four-story building, located on Carroll Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, contains approximately 7,524 square feet. Six apartments are rent-stabilized, one apartment is rent-controlled and one apartment is free-market. The building benefits from its location on a prime residential block in the heart of Park Slope.  The sale price represented a 5.22% cap rate.
