The space is fully-vented with highly visible frontage on one of Manhattan’s busiest retail corridors, less than one block from the Empire State Building.

It is also in close proximity to the 6, B, D, F, M, 1, 2, and 3 subway lines, NJ Path and M34 cross-town bus.
