“In most areas of the city there is certainly nothing unusual about a 25 by 100, two-story commercial building, but when you find one in the West 70's of Manhattan with a curb cut and air rights, it tends to attract a lot of attention,” said Massey Knakal Senior Vice President of Sales Paul B.
