James Nelson: What is the 421a Program and why is it needed?
Mike Slattery: The 421a Program is a tax
exemption program to encourage the development of new housing in New
York City. It is especially needed today, because we have a significant
housing issue in terms of both affordability and supply. The program
is there to help address these issues...
